Do you bring all your own equipment?
Yes, everything. Primera Group provides all equipment.
Do you use environmentally friendly products?
The highest standards for cleanliness, health, and safety have been met by the formulation of each and every one of our products. In order to verify our suppliers’ environmental credentials, we regularly audit them.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning services?
No we will only need to pick up keys for the property.

How often should I get my gutters on my property cleared?
We recommend at least once a year.
How will I recognise your staff?
All our staff carry ID as well as wearing our uniforms, which display the company logo.
